Upon burning the two-wick jar size of Tibetan Sandalwood, I found it to be a little too subtle. I could barely detect it's fragrance as I ran about the house cleaning. Then I went out to grab my mail and as I came back in, I discovered that the entire room smelled incredible. Woodsy and musky. I was also impressed with how slowly it burned; after six hours it lost less than an inch worth of wax. After it was snuffed out, the room continued to hold the aroma of Sandalwood well into the next day.
Sidebar: The Buddhist belief regarding sandalwood's scent is that it can transform an individual's desires and also aid in keeping one focused while practicing meditation.
